Sintratec gains ALSO as sales partner

Brugg/Emmen - Sintratec AG is entering into a partnership with ALSO Holding. With this, the Lucerne-based technology provider will become a sales partner for Sintratec’s 3D printing system in 29 European countries.

Sintratec AG based in Brugg in the canton of Aargau has gained a European distribution partner in the Lucerne-based technology provider ALSO. According to a press release, ALSO Holding AG with headquarters in Emmen is a leading technology provider for the information and communications technology (ICT) industry and is currently active in 29 countries across Europe. For years, it has focused on the possibilities of 3D printing and has built up its own team of specialists with this in mind.

Gustavo Möller-Hegt, CEO of ALSO Holding AG, commented: “Given the ongoing uncertainties in the supply chain, 3D printing continues to gain importance as a decentralized production option.”

Sintratec’s CEO, Dominik Solenicki, stated: “For the successful introduction of the next generation of manufacturing technology, a first-class and local support and distribution network is essential.” He added that the new distribution partner ALSO already has many years of experience and success in the 3D printing market.

Sintratec AG, established as a startup in 2014, develops and manufactures precise 3D printers for professional applications. The compact selective laser sintering (SLS) systems process polymer materials using additive techniques. According to the press release from Sintratec, SLS systems are successfully used in a variety of industries worldwide and at research institutes and universities.
