Allchemet AG to become independent company

Emmenbrücke/Hergiswil - Allchemet AG in the canton of Lucerne has been acquired by 2KGS Holding AG from the canton of Nidwalden. The acquisition from the SFS Group will be completed by the end of 2025. The existing CEO of Allchemet Thom Krummenacher is one of the team behind 2KGS Holding AG and Allchemet AG will subsequently become an independent company.

Based in Hergiswil, 2KGS Holding AG will be acquiring Allchemet AG from the SFS Group by the end of 2025. The respective contract was signed on 30 June, as was reported in a press release. The management of the new owner 2KGS Holding AG is led by Thom Krummenacher, who has been at Allchemet AG for six years. Other management team positions are held by his brother Bruno Krummenacher as an expert for scaling, Beat Kurmann as a trustee and Stephan Schmidt as deputy managing director with 16 years of experience at Allchemet.

Active in the fields of fastening technology, fittings, chemicals, tools and machines, Allchemet AG will become independent in the wake of this acquisition. The sites, team and existing business relationships will not change. “We are not just taking over a company – we are taking on responsibility for employees, partnerships and future prospects. Our shared goal is to preserve the tried and tested and to evolve and grow with new ideas,” commented CEO Thom Krummenacher in the press release. Allchemet AG with headquarters in Emmenbrücke employs 45 people.

The previous owner, the SFS Group, focuses on direct sales to customers in industrial production and was therefore no longer able to sufficiently exploit the potential of Allchemet AG.
