ALSO expands cybersecurity platform

Emmen - ALSO is expanding its cybersecurity platform developed for SMEs and is now offering new security products from its partner CYE in 32 countries. This should allow SMEs to be able to manage their cyber risks more effectively.

ALSO Holding AG, the technology provider based in Emmen in the canton of Lucerne, Switzerland, is expanding its cybersecurity platform specially developed for SMEs. According to a press release, the company will now offer new IT security products from its partner, the Israeli security provider CYE, in the 32 countries where ALSO operates. Among the new products is the HYVER platform, which is tailored to Managed Service Providers (MSP). This enables SME sales partners to manage cyber risk situations and develop countermeasures, in addition to improving their ability to prioritize remediation efforts.

Due to the high level of complexity and associated costs, only large companies tend to have the requisite resources to fully utilize advanced cybersecurity solutions. Due to this, SMEs with limited budgets can be particularly vulnerable to cyber risks. With that in mind, ALSO has joined forces with security providers to develop a platform that makes technical IT security solutions accessible to smaller companies. «With the new CYE products, we enhance our cybersecurity ecosystem and democratize advanced cybersecurity solutions», comments Jan Bogdanovich, Managing Director Commercial Business at ALSO, in the press release. «This enables channel partners to guard organizations of all sizes effectively and justify investments exactly where protection is needed», he concludes.
