According to a press release, id4 AG and Indigita SA have agreed a partnership. To this end, IT solutions developed by both companies are to be brought together under a single platform. In this context, an automated service for financial service providers will be created, thereby ensuring that all regulations are complied with during cross-border transactions. Moreover, the joint solution facilitates automated risk control processes.
In the press release, Sebastien Lalande, CEO of id4, explains how the company supports clients in managing regulatory obligations in the most efficient manner by seamlessly integrating best-in-class third party providers, before outlining that, in terms of regulatory procedures, one of the first obstacles faced by financial institutions when contacting clients and prospective customers is ensuring that they comply with cross-border regulations.
