ISG awards accolades to BitHawk

Oberkirch - BitHawk has received a total of three awards following a market study conducted by ISG. The Lucerne-based IT service provider was named Leader Switzerland for Microsoft 365 Services and Managed Services for Azure. BitHawk was also awarded the status of Rising Star for AI Services for the Microsoft Clouds.

The global consulting firm Information Services Group (ISG) has awarded a trio of prizes to the Lucerne-based IT service provider BitHawk as part of its market study entitled «Microsoft AI and Cloud Ecosystem 2025», as BitHawk writes in a press release. In specific terms, BitHawk was named as Leader Switzerland in the categories of Microsoft 365 Services and Managed Services for Azure. In the AI Services for the Microsoft Clouds category, ISG named the Lucerne-based firm as a Rising Star Switzerland.

In the press release, BitHawk provides a summary of the evaluation by senior ISG analyst Axel Oppermann. Accordingly, the Lucerne-based IT service provider positions itself «as a competent provider of Microsoft 365 Managed Services in Switzerland, reliably supporting companies on their digital transformation journeys» in addition to “strengthening cloud operations with Microsoft Azure through automation, hybrid architectural models, and compliance with regulatory requirements». For BitHawk CEO Oliver Schalch, the trifecta of awards from ISG underlines BitHawk’s «leading position, which has been carved out on the basis of numerous customer projects and leading architecture».
