Lucerne technology for Lucerne supply: ewl successfully relies on Swiss GRC

As a utility company with diverse business areas and high security and regulatory requirements, ewl decided to bundle key topics such as risk management, internal control systems, data protection, information security, and business continuity management into a single integrated solution. The aim was to reduce manual effort, create transparency, and systematically comply with legal requirements.
With Swiss GRC's GRC Toolbox, ewl was able to do just that – on a single platform that connects different areas, creates clear structures, and increases operational security. The regional proximity was particularly appreciated: Swiss GRC is also based in Lucerne, which enabled close, trusting, and solution-oriented cooperation.

The project was implemented successfully and in a targeted manner in close cooperation. Today, ewl manages key disciplines such as risk management, internal control systems, information security, data protection, and business continuity management via an integrated platform. What was previously based on different systems and manual processes has been consolidated, digitized, and transferred to a comprehensive GRC system—with noticeable added value in terms of efficiency, security, and transparency.
This project illustrates how much innovative power regional cooperation can generate, especially when technological expertise, professional experience, and close customer relationships come together.
