LUKB using software developed by BSI
Lucerne/Baden AG - Luzerner Kantonalbank (LUKB) is now using the Customer Suite from BSI Software to support customer services. Over the long term, LUKB is seeking to manage its customer interactions from email to e-banking via a single system.
Luzerner Kantonalbank AG, the cantonal bank of the Swiss canton of Lucerne, is transforming the management of its customer interactions and in this context will rely on the BSI Customer Suite, as detailed in a press release. The decision to go with the software developed by BSI Business Systems Integration AG, which is headquartered in Baden in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland, was made as part of a comprehensive evaluation process, as the press release explains further. Thanks to its modular Customer Suite solution focused on customer experience (i.e. customer interactions with the company), BSI Software has reportedly prevailed from this process. According to the press release, LUKB’s goal is to implement a single system for all terminals with direct customer contact.
«BSI Software won us over as a complete package. The modular architecture, thoughtful interaction management, and low-code/no-code configuration options were critical to us», comments Urs Meier, Head of Online Channels at Luzerner Kantonalbank, in the press release.
BSI recently released an upgrade to its digital customer management offering. The software developer states the Release 25/1 extension for the BSI Customer Suite offers features for greater efficiency. In this way, workflows can be automated and the entire BSI Customer Suite can be controlled via Artificial intelligence agents.
