Mobimo streamlines management team
Lucerne - Mobimo Holding AG is restructuring its management team. Instead of six separate business areas, in future the company will operate across just five divisions. In this context, the Property Management division is being integrated in the Real Estate division. The Acqusitions division is being newly created.
Mobimo Holding AG has implemented a new management structure. As the Lucerne-based company writes in a press release, the management team will comprise five divisions with effect from the start of 2026: Real Estate, Development, Finance, Corporate Center and the newly established Acquisitions division. This reorganization is designed to ensure that «the company remains agile and effective in the real estate markets and to make even better use of the potential synergies in operational processes», as Mobimo explains.
Previously, the management team comprised six divisions and members. Under the revised structure, the former Property Management division will be merged into the Real Estate division. Christoph Egli, the current Head of Property Management, is set to leave Mobimo in the wake of this restructuring process.
The Real Estate division combines the former Portfolio and Transactions divisions with Property Management. Nadia Mastacchi, who currently heads up the Portfolio and Transactions business areas, has been appointed to manage this division moving forwards. The remaining business areas will also be led by existing members of the Executive Board. Marco Tondel, as Head of Development, will now also be responsible for Realization. Vinzenz Manser, current Head of Realization, is switching to head up the newly created Acquisitions division. The roles of Daniel Ducrey as CEO and Jörg Brunner as CFO will remain unchanged.
