Netzwerk.Frau.Zukunft. 2026: Women Entrepreneurs Connect
Sursee - On 9 June 2026, around 70 businesswomen from the Lucerne region gathered at Business Park Sursee for the day seminar Netzwerk.Frau.Zukunft., organised by Gewerbe-Treuhand AG. The event combined practical input on SME-relevant topics with impulses for personal and professional development.
The morning focused on two concrete issues from everyday business life: the tax and social insurance pitfalls of non-cash benefits, and the risks involved in generational transfers of real estate. These sessions were complemented by an interview with Sandra Imbach and Bianca Schmidt, which touched on resilience, professional role models, and mutual support in the workplace.
In the afternoon, Iris Welten led the keynote theme "Success Starts in the Mind – Leading Yourself and Others Intelligently". Due to strong demand, the topic was carried over from the previous year and explored in greater depth. In an interactive workshop, participants examined inner self-sabotage, personal strengths, and team dynamics, and developed concrete approaches for their day-to-day professional lives.
Networking has been a core element of the event series from the start: the shared standing lunch provided space for professional exchange and new connections.
The next edition of Netzwerk.Frau.Zukunft. will take place on 8 June 2027.
