Opacc remains Friendly Work Space

Rothenburg LU - The foundation Swiss Health Promotion has awarded Opacc Software AG the Friendly Work Space label for the fourth time. The company from Rothenburg specializes in the field of corporate software and places a high priority on progressive working conditions.

At the end of August, Opacc Software AG received the Friendly Work Space label for the fourth time, as the corporate software specialists from Rothenburg in the canton of Lucerne write in a press release. The company was first awarded the label by the foundation Swiss Health Promotion (Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz) back in 2013. At this time, Opacc was the "first certified IT company in Switzerland" to receive the label, as the press release explains.

Opacc places high value on progressive working conditions. In this year’s evaluation, the company scored well in terms of the integration of its corporate health management in everyday work, in addition to transparent internal communication and targeted leadership training, among other aspects. The assessment also praised the proactive measures implemented by an internal working group in relation to further developing the company’s approach to corporate health management.

"When our employees are motivated and healthy, the benefits are felt by themselves, our customers and our company alike", as Sabrina Cabiddu comments in the press release. The Head of Human Resources at Opacc is also responsible for overseeing occupational health management at the company. Regina Gripenberg, CFO of Opacc, points out that "the increasingly complex process of recruiting talent can put the brakes on growth". In her view, the company’s investments in "employee satisfaction represent the core of a long-term strategy".
