ServiceNow awards special status to BitHawk
Sursee LU - BitHawk has qualified as the only Swiss IT service provider to date to be awarded silver partner status by ServiceNow. This status is associated with the companies sales and the high standards of expertise of its staff.
The US IT service management (ITSM) provider ServiceNow has designated BitHawk as its silver partner. The company from Sursee is the first Swiss company to receive such certification. According to a press release, the partner status takes into account the number of trained staff, turnover and customer references.
BitHawk CEO Oliver Schalch sees two success factors that have contributed to the certification, namely the tried and trusted procedures for IT service management and the integral approach to service processes. We now combine our customers IT processes with HR processes, facility management processes and project and resource planning. This particularly makes work easier and leads to a high, interdepartmental efficiency gain, he explains.
BitHawk AG employs around 200 people at its headquarters in Sursee, Switzerland. There are additional locations in Basel, Bern and Winterthur. The company has only had its new name since 2019 and was previously known as Bison IT Services AG.
