Tilbago debt collection function integrated in Crésus software
Lucerne/Yverdons-les-Bains VD – A debt collection function has now been added to the Crésus invoicing software developed by Epsitec. The newly integrated cloud solution Robo-Inkasso was developed by the Lucerne-based company Tilbago AG.
The software developer Epsitec has integrated an online debt collection solution in its accounting software Crésus. This was developed by the Lucerne-based company Tilbago in collaboration with PostFinance. In view of demand from several customers, Epsitec opted to expand its software package with the addition of Tilbago’s cloud-supported Robo-Inkasso solution, details of which can be found in a joint press release.
Debt collection processes can be initiated in just a matter of clicks. For this, all information pertaining to the claim is used directly from the Crésus software. Tilbago ensures that the claim is sent to the appropriate debt enforcement office. The debtor’s address is checked regularly. “With this solution, our customers can carry out debt collection processes independently with much greater ease”, explains Deputy Director of Epsitec SA, Olivier Leuenberger.
Epsitec has proven to be an “innovative, competent partner”, according to David Fuss, CEO of Tilbago. “I am really delighted that Crésus customers will be able to immediately benefit from an end-to-end invoicing process that includes legal debt collection functionality”, he adds.
