Tilbago launches e-invoice functionality for Robo-Inkasso
Lucerne/Bern - Tilbago has expanded its cloud-based Robo-Inkasso debt collection software solution with the addition of an e-invoice functionality. This means that creditors can now receive invoices for agency fees electronically and process them automatically in their own system. This should further simplify the accounts payable process for companies.
Robo-Inkasso, the cloud-based debt collection software solution developed by tilbago, is now not only able to receive incoming invoices for agency fees electronically, but also process them directly. As such, the invoice content does not have to be entered into the system manually.
The basis for this new service is the eSchKG Version 2.2, an updated electronic agency communication standard, introduced by the Federal Office of Justice. Tilbago's new solution means that the invoice data from the debt collection agencies is now transmitted electronically. As explained in a press release issued by tilbago, this has created the conditions to facilitate the further digital processing of such invoices.
Tilbago regards its Robo-Inkasso debt collection solution as a “complete package with the aim of helping creditors get their money in the quickest, easiest and most cost-effective manner”. The automation of accounts payable processes should further optimize the overall billing process for customers.
