Veriset Completes Generational Leadership Transition

Root - Veriset AG has completed a key step in its long-term succession planning. Daniel Jost has taken over the chairmanship of the Board of Directors from his father, Ueli Jost, continuing the generational transition within the family-owned company while ensuring continuity and long-term stability.

Veriset AG has completed the succession process at the top of its Board of Directors. At the Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2026, Ueli Jost handed over the position of Chairman of the Board to his son, Daniel Jost, according to a company statement. The family-owned business is thus continuing a generational transition that was initiated several years ago.

Daniel Jost has served as CEO of Veriset since 2022 and co-owns the company together with his sister, Nadine Kistler-Jost. By assuming the chairmanship of the Board, he will now combine operational and strategic leadership responsibilities, taking on a role previously held by his father.

Ueli Jost will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors. After more than two decades of operational and strategic leadership, he is stepping down as Chairman while continuing to contribute his experience and industry expertise to the Board.

Under his leadership, Veriset developed into one of Switzerland’s leading kitchen manufacturers. After acquiring the company following its bankruptcy in 1999, Ueli Jost successfully repositioned and strengthened the business for long-term success. Today, the Veriset Group operates an integrated value chain and holds a strong position in the Swiss kitchen market.

With this new allocation of responsibilities, the company is ensuring a smooth transition between generations. While operational and strategic leadership now rests with the next generation, the experience of its long-standing leader remains represented on the Board. Veriset continues to pursue a long-term, family-owned approach to business development.
