Veriset patron hands over to second generation
Lucerne - Ueli Jost has handed over leadership of the kitchen manufacturer Veriset to his children, Nadine and Daniel Jost. Both have already been working in the company for ten years. His son is the new CEO, while his daughter will manage the Strategic Customer Service division that she has developed.
The Lucerne-based kitchen manufacturer Veriset is being taken over by the family’s second generation. This means that management of the company will remain within the family. The change had already been announced for 2022 back in 2018. Daniel Jost, born in 1987, is the new CEO. Nadine Jost, who was born in 1985, will continue to lead the Strategic Customer Service division. The patron, Ueli Jost, is and will continue to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His wife, Ursula Jost, left for retirement at the end of 2021.
Daniel Jost studied economics and has a master’s degree in economic sciences. He has accompanied his father at a strategic level for ten years, stating in a press release: “I am very pleased to actively gain a glimpse into all areas and from this I have come to understand Veriset as a company with all its varied facets.”
Nadine Jost has occupied a seat on the administrative board since 2019 and joined the company’s executive board in 2021. She trained in banking and holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication. In the ten years that she has been working at the company, among other things, she has developed the Strategic Customer Service division. She states: “In my role, I hope to inspire our clients and I see myself as a link between them and our employees.”
After insolvency, Veriset has developed into todays’ Veriset Group over 23 years. Ueli Jost has managed the company as its owner since 2003. In addition to Veriset AG, the holding company also includes its subsidiary, Veriset Vertriebs AG, Küchenfabrik Muotathal, and Reap AG with the associated company Weidmann AG as well as shares in Orea AG, which was founded by Ueli Jost in 2012.
