Wincasa moves debt collection processes to Tilbago’s cloud software

Lucerne/Winterthur - Real estate company Wincasa AG plans to handle accounts receivable processes using Tilbago’s cloud technology. The cross-system debt collection solution Garaio REM is designed to simplify all dunning processes.

Wincasa AG is transferring its account receivable processes to the Garaio REM real estate software produced by Lucerne-based fintech company Tilbago. According to a press release, both the debt collection process and communication with debt collection offices will be handled using modern cloud software. This will mean real estate service provider Wincasa AG, which is located in Winterthur, is equipped to meet future debt collection requirements.

According to the press release cloud software provider Tilbago is familiar with “the challenges and specific needs of real estate service providers”, and its real estate package is tailored to the industry’s requirements for legal payment collection.

The software is intuitive and can be used in any location, which makes it compatible with Wincasa’s #weworksmart culture. “We found the overall package very convincing, as it offers complete coverage of the debt collection process, complies with the latest requirements of the Swiss eSchKG standard (framework for the exchange of electronic business information among the parties in a debt collection), and enables us to avoid expensive maintenance contracts,” says Michael Wittwer, Legal Operations Specialist at Wincasa AG.
