Enhancing quality of life and unlock the Swiss watch market from Lucerne

A few years ago, my husband and I were looking for a place that could fit our goals: 1. open the Swiss market for our jewelry brand Gemmyo, as we planned to open one shop in Geneva and one in Zürich, 2. get us closer to watch manufacturers as we were designing our first women’s, Swiss-made watch and 3. most of all, improve our quality of life, with a home base closer to nature, outdoors activities, but well-connected enough to the rest of Europe as we grow our businesses. Lucerne and its surroundings ticked all the boxes when we first visited in 2019. The only regret we have? The covid pandemic delayed our move by 2 years… We would have loved to live here even earlier!
