Four companies are planning to build a new shared building

Four companies in the Sursee Regional Center were seeking new opportunities for growth, as their existing locations had reached their limits. With support from Lucerne Business, Sursee Plus, and the federal government and the Canton of Lucerne, the idea emerged to build a shared facility on the Hammerwald Nord site. The project combines timber construction, logistics, and a bus depot. In this way, it creates synergies, enables a sustainable energy supply, and secures jobs. The close collaboration among all parties involved turned the initiative into a joint showcase project.
