Turnaraound strategy at the new location

At the beginning of 2020, we realigned our company to sustainably strengthen growth and profitability. In this context, we questioned our long-standing EMEA headquarters in western Switzerland. However, after our analysis, it was clear that we wanted to stick to the Swiss location due to the good framework conditions. So in 2021 we moved our EMEA headquarters to the canton of Lucerne and started operations at D4 in Root with 50 employees. This new location helps us to increase our company value. Within a very short time, we were able to build a powerful international team to successfully implement our turnaround strategy.
